Pastor Tim grew up in Washington State as a pastor’s kid. He met his wife, Denise, a native to WNY and NW PA, in Bible college. They were married in 2005, and for ten years, served at Tim’s home church in Washington as an assistant pastor. Both Tim and Denise taught in the Christian school and were active in music and children’s ministries. In November of 2015, the Minges moved to Sherman, when Tim accepted the call to become the pastor of First Baptist Church.

Tim and Denise have two sons: Riley and Lincoln.
